windows 2000 explorer refresh problwem after image installation

Hi,
i have done the installation of windows 2000 server thru n/w .
Everything looks fine except the explorer refresh problem. If i try to
open any thing tru my computer or windows explorer , it doesn't open
without doing pressing F5 key. There is same problem for IE page. The
page doesn't come without using refresh F5 after some time.
Help me to resolve this problem.

I have the same problem on 3 machines. If you happen to have found a
solution, please let me know I would be greatly appreciated.
