Windows 2000 Desktop

I would like to be able to establish a default desktop for
a network with a domain so that every user has exactly the
same desktop everytime they login. Thanks for the response.
 
You can use Roaming Profiles or Group Policy to implement this, depending on
how much granularity you want to have.

W2K has extensive help files describing how to set each up.
