Windows 2000 - can not delete a user profile

I am trying to delete a user profile, however, I can't do
it since there is a file in the Local
Settings/.../Content.IE5 folder (a js file) that
apparently can not be deleted.

How can I complete delete that folder/user? Please help as
this is causing me lots of headache!
