Windows 2000 Advance Server Install on XP machine

Hi,

I'm trying to overwrite a machine which is running Windows XP Pro with
Windows 2000 Advance Server but when I put it in the drive it says I
have a new version of windows on the system and then it disables the
install. I tried to boot but it doesn't boot from the CD.

What should I do?
