Windows 200 Pro Won't Start

When my PC begins the startup routine, I get a blue screen
that goes by very fast but it mentions missing software &
something about Sector & Registry. The system shuts down
and then reboots. Unless I shut it off it continues the
satrt and reboot. I've formatted the HD and reinstaled Win
2000 several times. It works ok until i shut down and
restsrt. Any ideas?

Hi Ron,

Try this
Restart into Safe Mode by tapping F8 as you POST
choose Safe Mode
It opens in low resolution... don't worry
go here
Start
Setting
System
Advanced tab
Startup and Recovery button
uncheck "automatically reboot"
you will be able to read the BSOD now...
Post it and someone will help you
