Window XP ServicePack II Firewall Programming

Hello,

I Have installed the Beta Service Pack II for XP. Some of my own Programm
(Network Tool) using higher Port for communication.

How can I can I enable (in the firewall setup) these programms for
communication thru the network from a software part. So that the user do not
have the configuration part?

new features and API's that allow for you to configure the firewall.
