IIS and OneCare firewall

I have to disable to the firewall to allow IIS to talk to outside. I have
looked all over OneCare to see if there is a way to allow IIS thru and leave
the firewall on, but can see no way to do this.

Another interesting thing is that when I look at the list of services I
cannot see IIS.

Can you open certain ports? Can you just open Port 80? I know you can with
the standard Windows Firewall.

Well I tried but now IIS will not start. Says that "the" file is in use by
another process. Geeze I love MS error messages. What file , what
process???

Does not matter whether firewall is on or off.
