IP address based firewall setup

Hello,

Can you please explain how to setup windows xp firewall that allows incoming
network packets based on each packet's source IP address. i.e., only known
IP adresses can communicate with the host configured with windows xp firewall
 
This is not a feature of Windows Firewall outside of the ipsec bypass option
which allows you to configure a set of computers (based on domain account
information) to bypass the firewall (all ports) in the presence of an ipsec
authenticated connection.
