Window Will Not Start

Wean I start my computer this Error on blue screen
Seas:
Stop: c000021a [fatal system error]
The sessio manager initialization system process terminated
unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000034 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.
I have tryed the boot disk and The F8 can not recover same screen. Boot disk
I downloaded of the microsoft website
I seas to remove the disk. how can I reboot windows xp ?
or do i have to buy the full softwer?
