Window Sizing when new window opens

For the last few days (only), I've noticed that everytime
a new window opens on my browser, it opens to the restore
size (one box). Prior to a few days ago, any new window
opened to the maximum size (two boxes), as my home page
does.
I haven't made any setting changes to my browser, and
don't know why any secondary screens are only opening now
in restored size. I know that I can change the sizing on
the screen, but as someone with limited motor movement,
(but who uses a mouse as a preference), I don't want to
have to change the setting everytime a new window opens.
I'd prefer it opened to the maximum sizing, as was the
case up until a few days ago.

Is there something on my browser, I can re-set, so that i
don't have to manually change the size each time a new
window opens.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
