Window Size

For some reason now, when I click on a link, the window does not open
maximized. I've done everything I can think of to fix this (pulled the
corners, and closed the window last; maximized it, and closed it last,
etc.). It just started doing this a few weeks ago. I am using XP Pro.

Me too. I set IE to open "Maximized" and that didn't help either. Then I
tried another suggestion to close it with File, Close and that didn't fix it.
By dragging the sides to the edges of the screen I can live with it, since it
is large enough to be functional, but it's still not maximized according to
the little boxes in the top corner.

Try this:

Drag the window to the appropriate size, then hold down the Ctrl key and click on the X in the right hand corner to close that window.

That worked, but it's still not maximized completely. As I said in my
previous post, I didn't have any problems until a few weeks ago. Why can't
I get it to be maximized? Thanks for the quick response.
