Do you have the shortcuts set for Normal Window or Maximized?

With the window open, use the mouse to drag the sides, top and bottom to the
size you want, then click on File and then Close. Do not use the Maximize
button. This works for OE, IE and Windows Explorer.

Hi Jerry,
When the IE windows open Place your Cursor/Pointer on the edge of the window
and when it is two arrow shape Hold down the left Button on the Mouse and
Drag until the desirable size then release, repeat that on all sides, UP,
Down, Left, Right.
Clear your caches and Click Refresh, close the Window and Reboot your
computer.
Hope this helps
Regards
nass
