Window setting

I have some question about close window:
I use Excel at my office when I close the window by click on the X icon on
the top bar, all of workbook are closed but when i use at my home. I do the
same way but only one workbook is closed, therefore can I set this option?
and how?

Make sure the window u are working at work is expanded to full size if it is
you should have 1 close icon under the other. Top one cles EXCEL bottom(by
the help bow) will close workbook.
