window screen was shifted to right at set-up

How do I get the window to be centered? All applications are shifted to the
right about one inch so I cannot maximize or minimize a window. Any ideas on
how to correct?

Has your monitor got an on screen display - buttons at the bottom? If so,
use those after referring to the monitor's manual.

Also try these:

- Right-click the Taskbar, click "Cascade windows".

- Right-click the top bar of the window.

- Look for a button on the monitor to Reset the display. It might have
an "Automatic" button that realigns everything.
