If you're trying to resize a window to specified dimensions when it opens,
try AutoSizer:

It doesn't work with all applications, but works with most.

I used to get so frustrated when Win98se wouldn't remember the size/position
of explorer's windows when I open folders (My Computer, My Documents, etc.),
but AutoSizer opens these windows in the same size/position that I specify.

Hi Jesse - I'm interpreting your request a little differently that those
that have already responded. If I'm correct, you probably want something
like ResizeEnable, here:

Right-click on the exe or shortcut icon, select Properties > Run >
select Maximize.
