I just started using IE6 with WinXP.At some internet sites the window is
only 2/3 full on the left with right 1/3 being blank. This never happened
with my prior win98. Also I play a Java-based game on line called Runescape
which filled the browser window in win98 but now only about 2/3's.
TY for any help. Jerry in Vegas

Run your cursor along the edge of the partly open window until a double
headed arrow appears. Trap the arrow by depressing the left mouse and
drag the window to its full size. Repeat as necessay until you have a
full window. Then close the window by clicking the close (x) button and
Ctrl simultaneously.

IE is fully open. It is the text inside in the body that is only 2/3 full on
the left.

This is usually because the Web page is hard coded for 800 x 600 and your
screen is set at 1024 x 768 (or higher). If so, there's nothing you can do
about it. For instance, www.msn.com used to be like this, but they now
coded it to center itself on windows wider than 800.
