When I try to print an email in Windows Mail, a notice appears
on the screen as follows:
Windows Mail
Windows Mail has stopped working
Windows can check online for a solution to the problem and try to
restart the program
* Check online for a solution and restart the program
* Restart program
View more detail

Then the program shuts down.

Does anyone have a suggestions?

Vista, unlike XP, protects the root of a drive. In this case, that means
C:\ and it is better security. Try to use C:\Users\Your-user\Downloads
instead where you won't have to wrestle with permissions.

Start by checking the printer manufacturer's website to make sure you have
the latest Vista compatible drivers for your printer.
