Unfortunately, this isn't enough information to get a specific answer.
We don't know why your installation of SP2 wasn't successful, what "pc
crashed" really entails, or anything about your computer. The problems
could be caused by a lot of things. Here are some troubleshooting
links, but I think you might be best served by taking the machine to a
good local professional (not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) and
have them sort it out for you.

Im running windows xp, and by crashing, i mean it froze up, then went
bonkers. I had no control over it. I had to shut down manually. When i
restarted it, nothing was right. It did this as i was trying to download and
install sp2. I got my manual out and tried to repair. I reinstalled windows
without removing old windows, guess they are out there floating around
somewhere. Since then, i can get on line but im constantly being booted andif
i dont get booted, pc will freeze up. I spend most of my on pc time starting

Again, "it froze up, and then went bonkers" may be colorful, but it
doesn't give any helpful technical information to someone like me who
can't see your computer. Take the machine to a good local professional
and have them sort it out. Do something fun while they're fixing your
computer.
