Window Explorer keeps closing when selecting file

I formatted one of my CDr's using Direct CD, (File
System CDUDF) so I could
drag and copy files to it. Whenever I click on one of the
files on the CD,
the Windows Explorer window always closes. It only
happens with that one
particular file. Any ideas as to why this would happen.
Using Windows XP, P4

Roxio has had some problems with their software running on
XP, I'd check with them first . . .
