Window Explorer has stopped working /restarting...bucket ID#116408

Please give me an answer. I've been reading these threads for 8hours now.
Using Windows Vista. I did a system restore. Still Windows is in the
constant stopped working and restarting cycle. I could not do the Tthe bucket
id no.is 11640871 from the problem reports and solutions. Someone please
help.Thanks Tabitha

What has stopped working and restarting? An application? The operating
system? Is there an error message? What are the symptoms? How long has this
been happening? How old is the system? Were any changes made prior to this
beginning?

The bucket ID is insufficient to provide any sort of diagnosis. Details of
the error may be, things like exact message boxes, BCCodes, modules, etc.
