window automatically restart

My window have a problem that everytime I use realplayer & winamp to play
video, the CPU time of replayer.exe have used 99%. After a few minute, the
window automatically restart.

The component of my computer as below:-
Pentium III 764MHz
256mb
Video card: Radeon 9200SE AGP 128mb

Pls try to help me to solve this problem!!!!

If you turn off Automatically Reboot, in System, Advanced, Startup and
Recovery, you should get BSOD error screen to work with. If you have
already done this, and the system is doing a spontaneous reboot, with no
error message the problem is a hardware fault, likely overheating.

I have turned off the automatical restart function and get below fault report:-
