window 7 shorting out

Windows 7 has a serious problem I am running MS Office 2007 Enterprise - it
kicks out the program and pops right back up as if there is a short
somewhere acting like a light switch going on and off and back on. I have
checked my hardware no problems there. I had no problems like this running
Vista Ultimate and XP --- Jacqueline MacWhirter
