Window 2000Pro welcome

I reinstall my windowPro and now it is asking for a user
name and password and when i try to put one in it gives
the message system with not log you in need to check users
name or password. I never did put a password or users name
in how can i by pass the welcome window so i can log into
win2000pro

someone help me please

Unless you specified a password for the local administrator account, it is
blank.
