Windos Xp network problems

I have a small network of 4 pc's all using Windows xp under a workgroup name
of "terrain". They are all connetced via a network hub on cat5 cable with
rj45 connectors. Also on the network are 3 printers 2 printers are connected
local via usb to a pc and the other via usb to another pc.

pc1 192.168.2.11 255.255.255.0
pc2 192.168.2.45 255.255.255.0 one printer connected
pc3 192.168.2.4 255.255.255.0 two printers connected
pc4 192.168.2.19 255.255.255.0

Using gateway 192.168.2.1

The problems is that most of the time anyone pc cant not see any other
person on the network if you reboot all pc's problem fixed. Another problem
is that if someone goes to print they can't print unless you reboot the pc
with the printers connected localy.

All pc's have on board network cards and pc3 some times looses it IP address
details. Pc 4 recently had a motherboard replaced (blown Chip). Please could
you point me in the right direction please...

Can I assume after rebooting all computers, they work for a while, and then they can see each other? If this is the case, check the event viewer for any errors, especially computer browser issue.
