Windoows Mail erases my yahoo mail when I open Windows Mail

Every time I open Windows Mail it will erase all my SBC yahoo mail. I go to
Yahoo Mail and all my e mails are gone. How can I change my settings so it
doens't do that anymore? thansk...
 
You mean it deletes the messages on the server after it downloads them?

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after xx days

I'll have 20 e mails on my Yahoo mail...I go to Windows mail..Open it up and
when I go back to Yahoo mail, all my inbox e mails are GONE...This happens
eevery time...I'm sorry I ever opend up Microsoft mail..John
