Hello, My son got a virus warning that he had a file
winasp.exe that was infected. He removed the file and now
is unable to get on the internet at all.

Can anyone help me with a solution????

Hmmm. If it really is conked out you could try re-installing internet
explorer. If that doesn't work you might have to reinstall the OS. Usually
you can do a repair reinstall rather than a full reinstall, be careful to
not zap your current file system. Do a backup of important files first.
