Win98 clients and printing

I have a remote office with 3 win98se clients. They connect via Remote Desktop to a win2k terminal server at main location. I am in the process of choosing an all-in-one mulitfuntion printer for them to use but seem to come across conflicting opinions about what works in a terminal environment. Is there a published list of supported network mulitfuntion printers for terminal services? Is JetDirect widely supported? I don't want to spend a lot of money for these 3 clients, but they must be able to print, copy, fax and scan from their laptops. Any help is greatly appreciated.

With any multifunction device, the only function you'll be able to use in a Remote Desktop Session is basic printing. The fax & scan functions are not redirected to the user's session

If you must support every kind of printer, consider a 3rd party product like triCerat ScrewDrivers

For a list of supported printers, check out this site
