Win95 direct computer connection help files

I am trying to create a network between my WinXP Home
Edition computer and one running Win95.

Since the Network Setup floppy disk I created using XP
cannot work with Win95, the error message tells me to go
back to the XP computer and consult the help files for
connecting to another OS.

I cannot find a relevant help file. Can anybody tell me
where I can find this help file?

Hello John,

I had to transfer a lot of files from my Win95 PC to my new Dell XP Home
machine that I bought a year ago.

I used a cable -- that I had bought a few years ago to perform the same task
to transfer files from my old 486 to the then-new Win95 computer -- that
connects the parallel ports of each computer.

I then followed the step-by-step instructions from
http://www.lpt.com/Support/DCC-SetUp/dcc-setup.htm and was successful in
bringing over probably more than 2 GB worth of data.
