Win32Application

I downloaded an '.exe' file. After download, I received
an 'invalid WIN32 application' and I can't open the file.
Why can't I open the file and is there another program I
can run to open it? (Simple please, as I am new to the
computer world.) Thank you.

If double-cliking the .exe does not run it there is no other s/w to use.

Perhaps if it was a download it was corrupted somewhere. Tell the supplier.

The file is probably corrupt. Try downloading again.
