Win32 Services problem

For about 2 weeks now something in my computer has is accessing the
internet. In Zone Alarm it shows incoming traffic (and sometimes
outgoing).Zone Alarm shows it as being "Generic Host Process For Win32
Services".What is it, and how do I make it stop? I only have dial-up
internet, so it really slows down my connection.Sometimes I cannot even
download microsoft updates because this is happening from the time I am on
the internet until I am off.I do not get any error messages.I just want this
thing to stop! I cannot do much of anything online because of it.Thanks!

That's a normal windows service

If you have stopped it...maybe that's what your problem is.
