Win2k takes too long to shutdown

Just wondering if anyone has any idea why when I try to
shut my Win2k Advanced Server down it takes a half hour
to shut down? It wasn't like this before but just
recently it started doing this. I've looked at everything
but I can't seem to figure out what it could be? Any
ideas?
