win2k sp2 unable to update to sp4

When I run the live update it stoped half way even I
clicked on the retry button serval times. Anyone knows
what is wrong? I'm using a Dell Latitude Notebook.

I have the exact same problem with my Dell Latitude
Notebook. I called Microsoft and listened to smooth jazz
for 3o minutes, then hung up. Anyone out there that can
help us?
