WIN2k Reboot Issue

I have a system that has been running fine for over a
year now. All of a sudden when it boots into Win2k it
starts loading the program up and then reboots. Any
information would be helpful.
 
Try going into win 2000 with the safe mode to find out was is wrong. It
does not give any kind of error mesage?
