win2k Pro Services permissions

Hi,

Does anyone know how to change the pemrissions on services
in win2k Pro? I know you can do this through GP on DC but
what about on local machine (I also know you can do it
with Security Config and Analysis Tool, but that seems a
stupidly longwinded way of changing permissions - how
would you use this to change just one permission with out
stuffing everything else up?)

It was what I needed. . . . .before SP4 - apparently SP4
makes this commandline tool pretty much worthless. I'll
have to try another way.
