Win2k Power Policy??

What 'Policy' do I have to change that will allow all users to change screen
settings(Screen Saver, Power Options, Background,...)?

This is driving me nuts!

Thanks in advance,

I'm glad I'm not the only one having trouble with "POWER
SCHEMES". One thing I did find was Knowledge base article
272304. I can't disable "monitor turn off" under
restricted user!
