Win2k not finding SATA Drive

I just fired up my new machine that I built for the first
time, and my bios can find my SATA drive, but win2k can't
find it to install onto it. What do I do, or do I need to
buy WIN XP?
 
You need to introduce your driver diskette when it asks you to "Press F6 for
any additional drivers".
