Win2k logon problem

Hi All

I have a logon problem. My computer only has adminstrator log on. After
many many months of faultless operation yesterday I got the message unable to
log on user name or password incorrect.

As I only have the one user setup I cannot get into the computer to reset
the password, has anyone any idea how to proceed to log on.

Any help would be msot gratefully accepted.
