Interactive logon character limit

Is there a way to increase the character limit of the "Interactive logon:
Message text for users attempting to log on"? We're in a Win2K/2003 mixed
domain.

I don't think it's possible, but thought I'd ask anyway.

This value is limited to 1024 characters as far as i know.
