Win2K IE5 can't access web beyond ISP

Could you be more descriptive of your problem if you expect others to respond?
 
Sorry,
I am a new user to WIN2K Pro, I upgraded from ME, I also
upgraded to AOL 8.0 .I can access AOL, read amd write e-
mails and chat to AOL staff but I can't go beyond AOL to
connect to any web sites, IE is unable to display web
pages and will only work off-line
 
Have you checked your settings in IE > tools> internet
options>connections? also under file have you clicked
work offline by accident?
