win2k and XP

I can see the w2k box and work with files (from XP) but
the w2k can't work with XP. I have Qbooks on the XP
machine and other files I need to work with. w2k see's the
XP box but won't let me in. Both have the same logins and
passwords. admin rights.
Both are on the same work group, and subnet mask. Ip's are
192.168.1.105 and 192.168.1.110 and they both have the
same Gateway.
What am i missing?

look at security permissions on files you wish to work with the answer will
probably lie here
look at folder containing files and then look at security levels
