Win2K and .Net Runtime -- Any Problems?!

I am having a programmer over to demo some software for me, which he
developed using C#.Net. To run it, I'll need to install the .Net
run-time software.

Has anyone done so on Windows 2000, and has is caused *any* kinds of
problems at all with their Win2K system?

Hi

We have installed it on several thousand Win2k computers,
without it causing any problem...
