WIn2k Adv detecting too many CPUS

I have a dual processor server and Task manager is
showing 4 CPU's. In my single processor server, it is
showing 2 CPU's. Why is this?

What is the make/model of the CPU? Some CPUs act this way by design.

Newer CPUs support hyperthreading. This causes each CPU
to be seen as 2.
