Multiple Processors

Anyone - please forgive any ignorance....

We have a new single Zeon processor that Win2k adv sees as Multiple
Processors - can anyone explain why?

To lead into my next question: we have a new quad server coming online. Will
win2kadv see the quad as eight (8) processors?
