win2003 remote boot and bridge

Hi all,
My configuration is:
- server (windows 2003, Giga Lan, Microsoft remote boot manager, 3rd part
DHCP Server)
-32 clients booting simultaneously using PXE protocol (48 ports 3com switch)

Everything is working fine except for performances.

When clients download SDI image from server, I have 25% of network
utilization and 100% of CPU Usage.

I have added another Giga Lan on the server and I have created a network
bridge to use them as a single network card. No other changes.
Now I get a “PXE-E55 error. No ProxyDHCP reply on port 4011".

Why am I experiencing this problem?
Does anyone have any idea on another way to increase performances?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks Slobodan,
This could be a good alternative for my issue; I will take a look at it.

Do you have any idea about the error on port 4011?

Regards,
Giuliano
