WIN2000 Won't Share with WIN98

Doug

I upgraded two of 8 peer to peer computers from win98 to
win2000. I set sharing on the win2000 computers, and they
can see each other and share files/printers. The win98
computers can see the 2000 computers, but when I go to
access a drive on one of the 2000 computers from a 98
computer it asks for a password. Same thing when I try to
print from win98 to a printer attached to one of the
win2000 computers. I believe permissions have been set
correctly, and have not password protected anything but
the user logon to the win2000 machines. Any ideas what I
did nor did not do right? The win98 computers are using
tcp/ip, netbeui, Client for MS Networks. No changes made
to the upgraded win2000 protocols or client. Thanks,
Doug

Create identical accounts (username/password) on the win98 computers that
exist on the win2k computers. Log into the win98 computers with that
username/password.

Alternatively but not recommended because of security, create a guest
account on the win2k computers.
