Win2000/Win2003 License

Hi

I believe that the Windows2003 Server license is downgradeable(?) to a
Win2000 Server license. I have bought a server with Win2003 pre-loaded, and
I want to downgrade it to Win2000. I have the media, but what are the
'rules' with license keys etc?

TIA

downgrade to 2000?
what is your reason for wanting to do this?

It's a Terminal Server, and I don't want to pay the £70(?) per Client Access
License for each user that's going to connect to it. :)

Hi,

Yes, downgrade rights are granted in most cases with Windows Server 2003:

You will need to have Windows 2000 media and license key available
yourself.
