Win2000 pro profile.

Hello all,

I got a strange problem.. When I login w2k pro it
automatically created anther profile (now I got two
profile)...Whenever I am login now it's pointing to new
profile.

As per KB I manage to get my old profile back and every
thing work fine except start program menu it still
pointing to new created profile. so I can't assess any of
the old programs . Please help me get my program menu
back as I got so many licensed programs on it.

Find your old profile under documents and settings folder. If in doubt which is the
older one, check the folder properties for date created. Then navigate to the start
menu/programs folder. Copy the shortcuts from that folder over to the same folder in
your new profile. --- Steve
