Win XP System Restore Printer Driver

In restoring to an earlier time, I keep seeing frequent automated restore
points created with the following text: "Printer Driver Amyuni Document
Converter 2.10 Installed". My manufacturer indicates I should contact
Microsoft since they have no control over this situation. Please advise!

System Restore typically creates a restore point during a driver install.

I understand a created system restore point when installing driver updates.
However, there was no user initiated driver update procedure in progress.
Some of these restore point occurences were just minutes apart.

The Event Viewer can sometimes be helpful in tracking down errors.
