Win XP Stop 0x0A

Anyone ever experienced the following STOP error under XP
professional?

STOP 0x0A (0x004E5DD1, 0x00000002,0x804FABE6)

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

I have seen many causes mentioned in MS Knowledge Base
but it seems to be pretty random and could be driver
related. The problem is very intermittent and can happen
under random circumstances. Apart from Restoring back to
an earlier pointer and seeing what happens, any other
ideas?
