I have had winxp pro.on my system for some years now . Tonight when I
started my system my power supply fan made a lot of noise . Windows went to
this Blue screen and said it had to shutdown windows to save the system or
something like that..I turned off the power and removed the fan and put 1
drop of light oil on the bearing . Installed the supply and started to load
up windows and went as far as the large WINDOWS XP Professional screen and
restarted windows over and over again .. So I went into safe mode with
networking and she loaded .. Did not know where to go from there .... The
was no red ! in device manager so all those devises were working , I guess

In the absence of any other information I would suspect that your fan
noise problem and the blue screen error message happening at the same
time was just a coincidence, unless there were other issues with the
power supply (e.g. reduced voltage) as well.

See MVP Jim Eshelman's web page for STOP errors at
http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm and click on the "50: Page
Fault...." link in the left side column.

Good luck

I hope due to power interruption your harddisk may got damage. Try to log in
network and do some scan for your so that you may fix the sector damages.
